1. HDR action
 This action makes your photo look near an hdr like photo. Look at the cat? It's nice, and after I apply the HDR action, it plus more sweet! You can choose the effect from the low to heavy rate to fix your image.

2. Fantasy Color
 Actually I forget what was it's name. But, let's just say it's nice with a funny cute color. Is it?

3. Polaroid 

This action make the image like a photo from a polaroid camera.

4. Prestalgia

This action contains some effect you can choose to make your picture more like a retro or metropolitan style with some light or color effect.

5. Instagram Action

as the title, it is instagramming your photo with some effect you can choose. Just try!

Ok, after you check out the example now I give you the instruction how to install the actions on photoshop.
First, open photoshop and look for action panel. At the top corner of the action panel you will see a small arrow. Click the arrow and choose load actions... Choose the file you want to load and click OK. It will be automatically added on your action panel.
To apply the action to an image, just open the image and click the play button on the action panel. Just a simple way to make an amazing effect, hehe.

Teks pidato bahasa Inggris tema Disiplin

Kebiasaan baru di SMK saya tahun terakhir saya bersekolah, yaitu pidato berbagai bahasa yang disampaikan oleh murid-murid setelah upacara bendera. Ada yang menggunakan bahasa Indonesia, bahasa Arab, Inggris, Jawa, mandarin, dll. Saat itu saya ditunjuk untuk menyampaikan pidato berbahasa inggris. Persiapan beberapa hari dengan materi yang harus saya tulis sendiri dan berbagai tugas yang harus diselesaikan membuat saya bingung. Curcol, hhehe. Saya mencari beberapa materi dari internet dan tetap membuat sendiri sesuai dengan pemikiran saya.

Nah, kalau misalnya kita tidak punya cukup waktu untuk menghafal teks pidato kita lebih baik membawa catatan saat kita menyampaikan pidato. Kalau-kalau lupa, kita bisa melihat catatan dan kembali meneruskan pidato. Daripada diam membeku atau mematung di atas mimbar, heheu.

Saat itu saja, saya masih merasa berkeringat dingin dan deg-degan sekali. Biasanya kan kalau lomba pidato hanya di dalam ruangan dengan juri dan sedikit audiens, tapi ini dilihat satu sekolahan. Guru, kepsek, teman-teman, adik kelas, pokoknya seluruh penghuni sekolah yang ada di lapangan, huff… Untunglah, saya berhasil berpidato walaupun ada yang sedikit kelupaan. Tapi tetap tidak merusak pidato dan excellent kalau Miss Ida (guru b.Ingg saya) bilang.

Sebenarnya, hal seperti itu adalah kesempatan buat kita menunjukkan kemampuan kita. Bukannya sok pamer atau apa, hanya agar kita bisa membuktikan pada dunia kalau kita bisa. Ahhay.

 Another tips kalau kita mau ikutan lomba pidato, apalagi pidato bahasa inggris. Pertama, kita harus percaya diri dan bisa ngomong bahasa inggris dengan bagus. Selain pronounciation atau pengejaan, kita juga harus menyampaikan pidato dengan intonasi yang bagus. Yang penting intonasinya jangan kaya orang hafalan atau membaca. Tapi coba lihat ustadz, presiden, atau MC yang biasanya pidato atau ceramah. Berlatih dari sana, coba meniru gaya favorit kamu. Dan untuk sementara meninggalkan logat asli kita.

Selain pengucapan dan intonasi yang baik, kita juga harus memiliki suara yang keras dan lantang. Kalau gak keras, gimana orang lain bisa mendengar pidato kita, ya kan? Materi bagus, ngomong enak, tapi ga kedengeran…

 Kali ini saya ingin share beberapa contoh teks pidato dalam bahasa inggris atau speech text. Dulu saya sering mengikuti lomba pidato sewaktu smp dan smk, jadi banyak teks yang saya buat sendiri atau mengadaptasi dari beberapa contoh yang ada. Daripada hilang tanpa bekas, saya akan coba share disini.

Sekedar tips buat anda yang mau ikut kontes pidato atau dapat tugas pidato. Baiknya anda menyiapkan materi dengan menulis sendiri, usahakan mengerti betul-betul materi yang anda sampaikan. Jangan hanya menghafal, karena kalau sedikit lupa kadang bisa kacau dan gak runut lagi isi pidato yang akan kita sampaikan.

On the Job Training Report

So long time I didn't post something in here. Cause of my activities. The job training and the other tasks... So, I got some task from my teacher to make the Job training report. So, I got something to post to fill this blog! Hhe..
 I would like to say thanks to God that has given us his mercy. So, I can finish this report correctly. It contain the things that I’ve done and about the whole experience at the company.
 My OJT started on August 23, 2010 and end on October 9 2010. For this period, the 4th period I got to do my Job training on Prima Computer Demak. It addressed in Sultan Fatah St. No. 37 Demak. Prima Computer is a place of computer service, computer shop, maintenance, networking computer accessories etc.  For the month and a half that I’ve been working there, I can say that I am learning a lot of things… Not just in the field of Computer Science but also real life.

Everyday, I go there from Jepara at 5.30 am. and arrive in Demak at 7.15 am. Go home at 4.00 pm and arrive home at about 5.30 pm. I went there by bus. I did my job training there just alone.


On the early part of my job, I was assigned as a technician’s assistant the manager trained me to help the technician and the other employees. On my job training I had to do some tasks. Like install the computer, notebook, net book etc. Usually the costumers bring some trouble or problem with their PC and we fix it, troubleshoot the problem. I began my work with installed some software on new laptops. I installed some software like Microsoft Office, Winamp, WinRar, PDF Reader, etc.

The biggest costumer’s problem is about virus. Usually the virus makes some program broken. So, we have to reinstall the computer’s program. But, before install the operating system we have to backup the data to prevent losing important data. For your information, if you want to save your data just save it in drive D: or out of system disk. So, if your computer’s system broken you wouldn’t worry about your important data.  

There are so many problems about computer. One time the monitor didn’t display anything or blank. So, the first time we check is the VGA cable and make sure it’s right. If it’s not work, we open the casing and clean the memory or RAM with eraser. If still not work we should change the VGA card.

Troubleshoot printer. There are many kinds of printer like laser jet, bubble jet etc. And many trademark like Canon, HP, Epson, etc. The problems like blinking, paper jam, empty tank. If the printer blinking for sometimes maybe we should reset it. We could reset the printer by hard reset or used resetter software.   

                      
 I learned a lot from my experiences as an On-the-Job Trainee of Prima Computer. More than any learning thought in school, I learned to be with others, to work with people. The every day experiences I had in this company are really  treasured. The knowledge I obtain here are beyond compare than any other experiences I got from school and learned from books. What I had here will always be with me and I will apply what I’ve in every circumstance that I may encounter after these.

Furthermore, I’m very grateful that they expose me so much on what I must know regarding the work which suits my course. I’m very thankful that they treat me like them and they trust me with my work. I appreciate so much the working environment I had with in the company because it helps me absorbed what I need to know.

Hope it Useful (How to improve your English)

So many people ask me... How can you so perfect in English? How did you study english? You are so smart in English? You are so great in english, can you tell me how to be expert? What did you do to improve your english?
Wait, I'm not perfect. Because nobody is perfect, isn't it? Now about many question of English learning. I just an ordinary person, an ordinary girl. I just like to read. Anything. We just have to make everything become interesting, so we'll be happy to do it. How to improve your english? I have some advice. This is what I've done for many times.
Reading, speaking, writing, and listening. It just like some english competency in your school, but it really work if we practice it!
By reading magazine, popular article, english newspaper, even this writing (that I hope it will be popular article ^_^) etc. we can increase our vocabulary. But don't be lazy to open the dictionary to look for some foreign words. And it will be so good if you want to write it in your note book or vocabulary book, or some place you can easily look at this and always remember the words.
We know that english is an international language. So, everybody from every nation talk in english to make a communication with the other people from the other nation too! So, try to talk with foreign people. The good way is by joining chat rooms! I often chatting with foreign people in some chat rooms. And it's fun! Using mig33, nimbuzz, yahoo or the other way you like. Sometimes they come from Europe, India, Syria etc. When I chat with them I know that they still learn english too. We learn it together by practice it. And sometimes they tell me how's their language. Chatting has multiple advantages beside it's negative side. But most of chatting's activity is writing. So, we learn to write too. We can practice speaking English with our friend, it's more convenient than directly speak with foreign people. And we better do it everyday.
Music is a part of my life. Music is art. Life is art. We are artist! In spite of our shrill voice or music untalented, we love music. We can sing or dance with music. Listen English music, not only listen it. Try to translate it, understand what is it means. Watch some English film. ETC.
The BIG idea is PRACTICE. Practice makes Perfect.
Talk about perfect, above we know that nobody is perfect. I still have many false in this writing. But, I hope it will be useful for us. For me to practice writing, for you reading and all good thing we got from this article.
One thing... Although try hard to learn English... Because I'm Indonesian. And for you Indonesian. Don't forget to learn about Indonesia! Don't forget our beautiful culture. I like English, but I LOVE INDONESIA. Thank You.       

How to be a Good Student

We want to be a good student, but we have to be diligent and study hard. Have a good manner or moral value and crazy of learn. It means that a good student always happy and keep spirit to learn everything. Beside that, a good student have to obey the rule and respect to everybody.

I've some tips about how to be a good student

1st, w have to know what is our purpose of study. Is it to make your parent happy, to reach your dream or everything. And choose your dream. But, the first purpose for Muslim is to reach God's blessing. Allah's flavor. The heaven.

2nd,  study seriously. Prepare yourself to study and open your mind to receive new science and new things that can increase your knowledge.

3rd, pray to God. Ask what you want, Ask that you want to b th best. And remember that we live in the world is just to pray and keep our faith to reach the heaven.

4th, respect all your teacher. Love all your lesson. If you like the lesson you will be capable on that lesson. Because you can learn it happily.

5th, Do it! If you want to b a success, to be a good student, you must study hard. Do the best and God do the rest.  

The main idea is think positively. With positive thinking w can go through the life easily. Just like nothing can stop us. Try to be the best. Try to compete with other people to motivate yourself                                             and to know how's your skill.
